Applications
Intelligent Fluid Controller (Valve positioner), mainly used in the fluid process control systems, can actually control the valve flow and valve position feedback. The controller can be installed on variety of pneumatic valves,such as diaphragm valves, reversing valve, angle seat valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, etc.
Application area: bio-pharmaceuticals, water treatment, food processing, beer, beverage, chemical, and other fluid control process.
Technical Features
The controller can be used as positioner or process controller. As a positioner, you can set the valve position according to setting value. As a process controller, microprocessor Control unit can receive signals from the control valve position setting signal, and then compared with valve position detection , through the PID control algorithm, drive the piezoelectric valve to achieve accurate target location.
The controller, is consist of microprocessor - control signal detection unit - position sensor - LCD display - Keyboard Unit - piezoelectric valve control unit and other components.
