Core sterility assurance: An impregnable barrier

Zero leakage plunger seal: Abandoning the defect of traditional valve seats that are prone to dirt accumulation, it adopts a precise plunger type valve core structure. When the valve is closed, the plunger and the valve seat form a tight metal hard seal, achieving zero leakage and fundamentally cutting off the channel for external bacteria and particles to invade.

Diaphragm complete shielding isolation: The revolutionary design lies in the application of the key barrier diaphragm. It is like a solid shield, completely isolating the actuator of the valve (which may come into contact with the external environment) from the fluid flowing through the valve chamber. External contaminants (air, dust, microorganisms) are completely blocked out, ensuring that the interior of the valve cavity is always in a controlled and clean state. This is the core secret to achieving true sterility!

The contact medium is all PTFE: The diaphragms and other key components in contact with the fluid are all made of top-grade PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) material. PTFE is renowned for its outstanding chemical inertness, extremely low surface energy and super-smooth surface:

Non-adhesive: A "nutrient base" that greatly reduces medium residue and prevents bacterial growth.

High cleanliness: It does not release pollutants by itself and meets the highest cleanliness requirements.

Corrosion resistance: Resistant to the vast majority of strong acids, strong alkalis and solvents, with an extremely wide range of applications.

Wide temperature range: Stably operates within the range of -10°C to 130°C, suitable for harsh conditions such as CIP/SIP.

Outstanding performance is not limited to sterility

On the basis of ensuring sterility, the 2024 aseptic single-seat regulating valve also pursues outstanding regulating performance:

High regulation accuracy: Sensitive response, precise control, meeting the flow and pressure control requirements of fine processes.

Stable and reliable positioning: Even under slight opening or fluctuating working conditions, it can maintain stable output and ensure process consistency.
