Manual diaphragm valve with lock
When the handwheel of the diaphragm valve is turned, a precise mechanical movement quietly begins. The rotation of the handwheel drives the valve stem to move in a straight line, and the valve stem precisely converts the rotational movement of the handwheel into its own up and down movement. The other end of the valve stem is connected to the diaphragm, which is a key component for controlling the on-off of the fluid and moves along with the movement of the valve stem. When the valve stem pushes the diaphragm downward, the diaphragm tightly adheres to the flow path of the valve body, completely blocking the flow of the medium, and the valve is in a closed state. Conversely, when the valve stem drives the diaphragm to lift upward, a channel is formed between the diaphragm and the valve body flow passage, allowing the medium to flow smoothly through the valve and the valve to open. Let's talk about this unique valve stem position locking mechanism, which ensures the stable operation of the valve. After we adjust the position of the valve disc, if we want to fix it in place, the locking mechanism comes in handy. It firmly fixes the valve stem in its current position through some ingeniously designed mechanical structures, such as clamps and lock pins. In this way, no matter how the external environment changes, whether it is the fluctuation of fluid pressure or the vibration of the pipeline, the valve stem will not move easily, thus ensuring that the position of the valve disc remains stable and maintaining the current opening state of the valve.
