Key Features
Locking Function : A dedicated locking system is incorporated at the stem assembly. After adjusting the valve position via the handwheel, which actuates the disc through stem movement, the setting can be securely locked. This prevents unintended displacement caused by pressure fluctuations, mechanical vibrations, or accidental contact, thereby ensuring stable flow control and enhancing operational safety and accuracy.
Miniaturized Design: The valve adopts a highly compact configuration with low volume and lightweight construction, making it ideal for installation in confined spaces such as laboratory analytical instruments, microfluidic systems, and similar equipment.
Superior Sealing Performance: The sealing interface between the diaphragm and seat employs full-face contact, eliminating the need for packing or O-rings. This design minimizes particle entrapment risks and ensures complete isolation of the actuation components from the process medium, preventing cross-contamination and achieving reliable leak-tight operation.
Corrosion Resistance: Both the valve body and diaphragm are available in a range of corrosion-resistant materials, enabling compatibility with aggressive media such as strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. This makes the valve suitable for demanding chemical environments.
Ease of Operation: Featuring precision screw-thread actuation, the valve offers smooth and precise control over opening and closing positions. Additionally, its modular design facilitates straightforward disassembly, cleaning, and maintenance, contributing to reduced downtime and improved serviceability.
