Injet type mixing proof valve-EC series

Working principle:

E-C series Injet type mixing proof valve involves several key components, including an actuator,  connecting bracket,  valve stem, and valve body. The actuator drives the valve stem to move linearly along the axial direction. When the valve stem moves upward, it opens both the upper and lower pipeline channels; conversely, downward movement closes the passage. Two sealing rings are integrated into the valve stem, forming an independent sealing cavity with the sealing surface of the valve body. This cavity is connected to a CIP (Clean-In-Place) valve and enables leak detection. Additionally, this design prevents cross-contamination between different media flowing through the upper and lower pipelines and supports monitoring functions.

Application range:

The double valve body mixing proof valve is developed based on the E-C series single-valve body mixing proof valve by incorporating an additional valve body at the bottom. This structural enhancement increases the flexibility of flow direction changes in the pipeline system, thereby satisfying more complex and diverse customer requirements regarding fluid routing.
