Q1 : What service does Donjoy offer?
Donjoy is a professinal manufacturer of sanitary valves , pumps and pipe fittings for almost 30 years , approved with 3A, CE,FDA, ISO certificates .

Q 2: What about the trade term,payment term and delivery time?
Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP are all accepted.
Payment terms: Our normal payment term is 30% or 50% T/T before production, balance before delivery . You can also choose Trade Assurance in Alibaba. For large orders, we accept L/C at sight.
Delivery time: It is based on the quantity and size you order, if need exactly delivery time , pls contact with sales person for checking .
Q3:How can I place an order?

Q4：Does Donjoy include installation?
Yes , we could installate the complete set valve or pumps & do the testing well before delivery
Q5: Can you arrange shipping?
Yes. We can help you arrange shipping to your destination sea port/airport or express door to door
Q6: What warranty does Donjoy supply?
12 Months after delivery (Not including wearing parts)
Q7: Can I visit Donjoy production facility ?
Of course. You can make an appointment with our sales department for visitting first . We will pick you up at the airport or train station, so that you can arrive at our factory safely and quickly.
Q8: Where is your factory located?
Donjoy factory located at No.25 Gangfu Road , Konggang new disctrict , Longwan, Wenzhou city , china . Our factory is near Wenzhou airport , only 15 min by car from Wenzhou airport to our factory .
